Consultant for UNDP Brazil / Project execution by Ministry of Economics. Project Description: Development of subsidies and guidelines for the implementation of a public policy instrument aimed at promoting women’s entrepreneurship in Brazil. Included secondary and primary qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis, survey data collection and analysis, expert interviews, and stakeholder meetings. Oral presentation and delivery of written reports on key subject areas: International best practices for the support of women entrepreneurs; Mapping of Brazilian landscape on the support of women entrepreneurs; Development of suitable subsidies and guidelines for the implementation of public policies for the support of women entrepreneurs in Brazil. Time Period: 2021-2022.
Coordinator of three Randomized Field Experiment in Brazil with teams of up to 17 members, I coordinated data collection at baseline and endline, training for and the set-up of the intervention, financial planning, and field supervision of three RCTs with budgets differing between US$15k to US$212k. Time Period: 2016-2019.
Project Manager for the Impact Evaluation Program of a national wide microcredit program in Brazil for the Brazilian Development Bank. Including research conduction, set-up, and team management. Time Period: 2014-2017.
Project Manager for the German non-governmental organization IRESO in Rio de Janeiro: Project Conception and Project Implementation, Partnership Development, and Team Coordination.
